What are your complaints when it comes to the current job market? I have often thought that the automated applications found today do more harm than good. Yes, it allows HR managers to have all of the information they look for in a standard format. Yet, is also removes the opportunities for job seekers to show their individual personalities and differentiate themselves from other candidates. Have you ever walked away from a job application due to the length of their application? - If at all possible, try to find out who the hiring manager is instead and email them your resume directly.
